Indonesia lifts tsunami alert after earthquake

Indonesia lifted a tsunami alert on Tuesday following a magnitude 7.1 earthquake that hit off Mentawai Island.

The earthquake was at a depth of 84 kilometers. There are no reports of injuries or damages.
