Chairman of the National Unity faction, MK Ze'ev Elkin responded to the government's expected petition to dismiss the evacuation of illegal Arab village Khan al-Ahmar.

"What a lame excuse for another postponement in the never-ending saga. As early as 2018, Netanyahu used this excuse of eviction by consent when asking to postpone the eviction and promised that it would happen within a few weeks. Almost five years have passed since then. Khan al-Ahmar needs to be evicted. I said this while sitting in the Netanyahu governments as well as the Bennett-Lapid government," wrote Elkin. "Smotrich and Ben-Gvir, are you listening?" he added.
