Italian President Sergio Mattarella spoke at the closing rally of the March of the Living and criticized Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
"We gathered to remember and pay our respects to the millions of victims of the bloodthirsty Nazi regime. Today, when debates that poisoned the 1930s resurface as Russia brutally attacks Ukraine, the memory of the Holocaust stands as an eternal reminder that must not be ignored," said Mattarella.
