Yosef Shpeizer, a member of the Jerusalem city council, has arrived at the scene of this morning's shooting attack in the Shimon Hatzaddik neighborhood in the eastern part of the capital.
"On Holocaust Memorial Day a shooting attack right in the center of our capital city, not far from City Hall in the Shimon Hatzaddik neighborhood - we must not remain silent!" he said.
"It is our obligation to restore security and law and order to the capital."
