More than 100,000 Muslim worshipers are expected to arrive at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem today on the occasion of the last Friday of the month of Ramadan.
The Jerusalem District Police are preparing with increased forces to enable freedom of religion and worship, while maintaining security and public order.
About 2,300 police officers, Border Policemen, and reinforcements are deployed in the capital mainly around the Temple Mount, in the checkpoints surrounding Jerusalem, in the east of the city, and in the alleys of the Old City.
