An 18-year-old man was moderately to severely injured and three others were slightly injured when a vehicle collided with a guardrail on Route 1 between the Good Samaritan Interchange and Mitzpe Jericho.
MDA teams treated the wounded and evacuated them to Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem.
