The chairman of the Foreign Affairs and Security Committee, MK Yuli Edelstein of the Likud, spoke on the phone with the Italian ambassador to Israel Sergio Brabanti and expressed his condolences for the murder of the Italian citizen Alessandro Farini in the attack that happened on the Tel Aviv promenade.
Edelstein said: "We stood together for Israel's just and necessary need to stand firm in the face of terrorism. The honorable ambassador expressed his support for the righteousness of our way in the war on terror and condemned the cowardly attack.
