The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office submitted indictments to the city's Magistrate's Court against three defendants, residents of Hebron and Ramallah, aged 18-20, for inciting to terrorism on the Temple Mount about a week ago.

The indictments were filed with the approval of the legal advisor to the government, Gali Beharev-Miara, as required by law.

Following daily prayer on the Temple Mount, the accused participated in a support rally for Hamas, while the crowd waved terrorist flags, and chanted antisemtic slogans.

The defendants were photographed taking part in the protest.
