The Central District Attorney's Office submitted to the Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court an indictment against the Deputy Mayor of Rishon Lezion, Maxim Babitzky, for fraud and breach of trust, obstruction of justice, providing false information, forgery by a public servant and criminal conspiracy.
He is accused of helping a tourist from Ukraine enter the country against the law, after she made a post on a social network asking for assistance in entering Israel.
