During the Supreme Court's discussion regarding the petition against the appointment of Itamar Ben-Gvir as Minister of National Security, Advocate Gilad Barnea, who is active in social justice causes and is the representative of the petitioners against Ben-Gvir, explained why, in his opinion, the Otzma leader should not be allowed to serve as minister.
"What emerges from the petition and the answers to it is that the relevant factual information was not available to Netanyahu when he appointed Ben-Gvir," he claimed.
At one point, Ben-Gvir snapped at Barnea: "I don't understand it, he's turning the court into a circus," he said.
