The South District Attorney's Office submitted to the Be'er Sheva District Court, in its capacity as a juvenile court, an indictment against a minor (15) resident of southern Israel who stabbed another minor because he was offended that he was not invited to the victim's home. The defendant was charged with aggravated assault and illegal possession of a knife.
