Spokesman for the National Security Council at the White House, John Kirby, said the US remains concerned about the possibility of North Korea supplying Russia with weapons for the war in Ukraine.
According to him, Russia is preparing to send a delegation to North Korea and offer food and civilian aid in exchange for military assistance.
