Terrorist Mohammad Bani Odeh of Jenin who stabbed a resident of Bat Yam in Jaffa hours after the attack in Jerusalem in which Eli Kay was murdered received a plea deal of 20.5 years in prison.
The terrorist will also have to pay compensation in the amount of NIS 180,000 to the victim's family.
