Union leader to be paid equivalent to government minister

The management of the Teachers' Union decided today (Tuesday) to increase the salary of the secretary general of the organization, Yaffa Ben-David, by more than NIS 7,000 a month. Kan reports that her new salary will be NIS 53,257 a month, equivalent to a minister's salary.
