The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office submitted to the city's district court an indictment against a 21-year-old resident of the city, after he planned, among other things, to carry out a terrorist attack.

According to the indictment, during the last few months, the defendant talked via Tiktok and Telegram with two individuals, one of whom told him that he was serving a prison sentence in an Israeli prison and later he was deported to Gaza, and the other claimed to him that his life was in danger because he could be killed at any moment.

During the conversations, the defendant planned with one of them to carry out a terrorist attack in Israel and in addition told the two about things happening in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and Shechem. As part of the planning of the attack, the accused, at the request of the person who spoke with him, discussed different methods according to which he would carry out the attack, among other things, using explosive devices or a shooting attack.
