Welfare Minister not optimitic about dialogue on reform

Welfare Minister Yaakov Margi of Shas told Reshet Bet ahead of the Prime Minister's and Defense Minister's statements: "We don't know what Netanyahu and Galant will say. I want dialogue as much as possible. I'm afraid that our outstretched hand will not be reciprocated."
