Motorcycle strikes wheelchair in Petah Tikvah

A 77-year-old motorcyclist hit a man sitting in a wheelchair on Bar Kochba Street in Petah Tikva. MDA paramedics evacuated the man who was struck to Belinson Hospital in moderate condition with a head injury.
