An indictment was filed today by the police prosecution unit against a 24-year-old resident of Ashkelon for attacking protesters with pepper spray during a protest that took place on Namir Road last week.
The investigation revealed that the accused arrived in his vehicle at Yaakov Dori Street, which was blocked by the protesters. The accused drove quickly towards them, then got out of his vehicle and discharged pepper spray at them.
