A 61-year-old resident of Hadera was arrested on suspicion of committing fraudulent offenses while impersonating a municipal employee and pressuring and threatening victims on the victims.
The investigation shows that the suspect approached various customers claiming that they owed the municipality money and demanded that they pay the debt immediately.
