President Herzog expressed deep sorrow over the death of Tel Aviv resident, Or Ashkar, who succumbed to his wounds after being seriously wounded in the Dizengoff attack a week and a half ago.
"My heart is torn by the death of Or Ashkar who was mortally wounded in the attack in Dizzengoff. A few days ago I spoke with his brave mother and together with all the people of Israel I prayed for his recovery. I send my condolences to his family, his partner, and his loved ones at this difficult time. May his memory be for a blessing," wrote Herzog.
