A 15-year-old resident of Jerusalem was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury to a woman while setting fire to a garbage container that rolled toward her during haredi protests in Jerusalem a few months ago.
Two others who were involved in the incident were arrested in recent months and indictments were filed against them.
