President Isaac Herzog condemned the vandalism of the house of Minister Yariv Levin.
"Graffiti on the home of a minister in Israel, and especially when he is in his difficult time - mourning his father who passed away a few days ago - is a horrifying sight. I strongly condemn this," Herzog said.
He added: "These days challenge Israeli unity and cohesion. The Shabbat table has become an arena of struggle, WhatsApp groups are saturated with messages of hate, soul mates become rivals. The physical and verbal violence that is increasing from all sides, in the public space and online worries us all and threatens us."
