Prime Minister Netanyahu commented "We discussed how to move ahead with the sale of Arrow III systems to Germany, which will move forward as quickly as possible. We are offering Ukraine humanitarian help and early warning systems for civil defense - Israel is quite advanced at this. We have a delicate situation with Russia, where Israel and Russia will not shoot down each other's planes. Within this arrangement, we are trying to provide Ukraine with humanitarian aid."
