The police will reopen an investigation into the case in which a Jew was attacked by Arab stewards at the Tel Aviv Marathon about two weeks ago. The Arabs were arrested but released after a short time and the case was closed.
The Honenu organization appealed to the police to reopen the investigation. Honenu Attorney Haim Bleicher: "This was a violent anti-Semitic incident with dire consequences."
