Otzma Yehudit MK Limor Son Har-Melech welcomed the approval of a bill to cancel the Disengagement Law in the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee ahead of its second and third reading.
"After many months of work, the Foreign Affairs and Security Committee has now approved the bill that I submitted together with MK Yuli Edelstein to repeal the Disengagement Law. This is an exciting and historic day. After 17 and a half years of deportation and destruction, the State of Israel is changing direction and reneweing settlement in northern Samaria. Step by step we are progressing to return home - to Chomesh, Shanor, Ganim and Kedi," she was quoted as saying.
