A 33-year-old resident of Kiryat Yam was arrested on suspicion of threatening the director of the city's welfare department, and this morning the police's prosecution division filed a prosecutor's statement against him in preparation for an indictment.
The investigation shows that the suspect arrived in the emergency welfare department, began kicking objects and walls and threatened to burn her office with her in it and to strangle a cat present at the scene.
