The Supreme Court approved the demolition of the home of the terrorist who carried out the killing spree that began in the industrial area of Ariel where Moti Ashkenazi, Michael Ladigin and Tamir Avihai were murdered.
The court rejected a petition submitted by the terrorist's family together with the Center for the Protection of the Individual.
