On Saturday, Border Police officers stopped an attempt to smuggle 220 kg of poultry without refrigeration and without permits through the Hizma border crossing.
The Border Police emphasizes that "the impounded products pose a real danger to public health and were taken for destruction."
The suspect, a resident of Abu Gosh, along with the findings, were transferred to the relevant enforcement units.
