National Unity leader MK Benny Gantz published a statement in which he expressed support for the Defense Minister's decision to issue administrative orders to two Jews who were released from detention after being suspected of riots in Huwara.
"I support the Minister of Defense who remembers that the government's task is to prevent acts of terrorism and not to protect them. The support from Smotrich and Ben-Gvir for those who the security officials believe are extremely dangerous to the area, points to a failed moral compass and encourages the house burners in Huwara like a fifth column in the Cabinet." Gantz wrote on Twitter.
