The Ministry of Construction and Housing, the Ministry of Finance and the Beit Shean Municipality have signed an agreement for the construction and development of the city of Beit Shean in northern Israel.
The agreement includes the construction of approximately 4,000 new housing units in the city and the establishment of public institutions, commercial and employment areas.
