At the end of a short investigation, the prosecution unit in the Tel Aviv district filed an indictment against a 35-year-old resident of Ramat Gan for threatening a protester yesterday (Wednesday) in Tel Aviv.
During the protest an ideological debate developed between the accused and the protesters and at a certain point the accused took out a screwdriver, approached the complainant and threatened him. In addition to the screwdriver, the accused was in possession of a container of pepper spray.
Upon the suspect's arrest, he was brought to a police station for questioning and today, as mentioned, an indictment was filed against him and a request for release under restrictive conditions.
