The prosecutor's office filed an indictment against Ma'ad Atton who worked for Hamas, transferred the organization's funds to terrorists and their families, and was a partner in planning the murder the Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir, as well as the kidnapping of an IDF soldier.
Atton is the nephew of the terrorist involved in the kidnapping and murder of IDF soldier Nissim Toledano in 1992.
Border Police Sergeant-Major Nissim Toledano was kidnapped in an attempt to use him as a bargaining chip for the release of Hamas founder Sheikh Ahmed Yassin, but was murdered shortly after.
