The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office informed MK Ofer Cassif's deputy that the attorney general is considering prosecuting him for assaulting a police officer under aggravated circumstances, and a hearing will be held on the matter. The decision was made by State Prosecutor Amit Aisman.
The suspicions relate to MK Cassif's conduct at a demonstration in the Southern Hebron Hills area.
