"All the terrorists, cowards hiding in their lairs, knew that Israel's long hand would reach them. However, this is insufficient. The State of Israel needs to do more and we will do more. We will no longer accept the so-called lone-wolf terror as if it is unassailable. We will not be silent until we destroy this despicable web of terrorists ".
