Funeral of Hillel and Yagel Yaniv will take place on Mount Herzl in J'lem

The funeral of Hillel and Yagel Yaniv, who were murdered in the attack in Huwara, will take place on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem and not on Har Bracha.
