Tourism Minister threatens to abstain from budget vote

Tourism Minister Haim Katz of the Likud threatened not to vote on the budget at the government meeting this afternoon. Minister Katz's entourage said: "We will not vote on a budget with the VAT and without an additional budget that will allow us to implement a policy."
