Prime Minister Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich have signed a document of understanding regarding the division of powers within the Defense Ministry in relation to the Civil Administration in Judea and Samaria and the Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories (COGAT).
The document is based on coalition agreements and the Knesset decision at the time the Netanyahu government was formed.
