The Israel Police have completed an investigation into the stabbing attack in the Shuafat neighborhood of Jerusalem in which Border Policeman Asil Su'ad Z"L was killed.
The investigation determined that the terrorist was planning to kill a soldier or policeman. The prosecutor's office is expected to file an indictment against the 13-year-old on charges of terror-motivated murder.
