The Attorney General commented on the attack by the Chairman of the Constitution Committee, MK Simcha Rotman, against her deputy, Adv. Avital Sompolinski.
"Consulting and legislative workers are dedicated public servants who carry out their duties professionally and matter-of-factly, among other things, in the discussions held in the government and in the Knesset. The legal advice to the government will continue to fulfill its role, despite the attempts to silence it and the hurling of baseless accusations, as also happened this morning in the committee."
