This morning, the Ministerial Committee for Legislative Affairs will present a bill designed to prevent terrorists from getting plastic surgery on State money.
"I am happy to have submitted the law in the previous Knesset as well, and thank my fellow MK Tzvika Foghel who took it upon himself to promote the issue," said MK Michal Waldiger (Religious Zionism). "The terrorists are serving prison time - not getting hospital treatment."
