The Legal Adviser to the Government submitted to the Committee for Examining the Suspension of Heads of Authorities a request to order the extension of the period of suspension of Zvi Gendelman from the post of Mayor of Hadera for an additional period due to the indictment filed against him and taking into account the criminal trial being conducted against him at the Haifa Magistrate's Court.
