The Supreme Court has rejected out of hand a petition filed against parts of the legal reform on the grounds that the legislative procedures are still in progress.
The verdict reads: "As of this time, the parliamentary arena is the arena where the weighty issues at hand must be decided; and as with any legislative initiative, naturally it is impossible to know whether at the end of the day it will be accepted and in what format."
