The total number of coronavirus patients in the IDF rose to 562, all of whom are in light condition. 246 have either recovered or have been discharged from service.
There are currently 316 active cases in the IDF - the highest number since the outbreak of the virus in March.
At the same time, the IDF has decided to cancel the second test for verified cases and extend their period of isolation to 30 days.
After 30 days of isolation, the soldiers will hold a call with a medical examiner and then be released.
