One person died of coronavirus-related complication on Sunday, raising the total death toll in the pandemic to 331.
According to data from Israel’s Health Ministry, 548 new cases of the virus were reported from midnight through Sunday evening.
That raises the total number of known active cases of the virus to 11,540. A further 17,916 patients have recovered from the virus, including 84 people who were declared virus-free on Sunday.
The number of patients in serious condition remained stable on Sunday at 86, with an additional 68 in moderate condition.
Three-hundred-and-thirty-three coronavirus patients are hospitalized, including 27 people on respirators.
A total of 12,172 tests were carried out on Sunday as of 7:01 p.m., with 4.5% of the tests positive, down from 4.8% of the tests conducted on Saturday.
