Defense Minister Naftali Bennett responded to the attacks against him and his Yamina party by Prime Minister Netanyahu in an interview with journalist Moran Azulay on the Knesset Television Channel.

"There are the Ten Commandments and there is the Eleventh Commandment as well: The right cannot attack the right. And if he chooses to attack me I will not play into the hands of our opponents," Bennett said.

When is the moment when you will develop a backbone against Netanyahu? Because in every other matter you have until it comes to it.

"I stand resolute when it comes to everything ideological: in stopping a Palestinian state in the face of Netanyahu as well, with the 30 terror tunnels during Protective Edge. I stood in front of everyone. I do not want to be someone who attacks [others] on the right. It's not correct."

The right-wing public also wants a leader, not someone who grovels to Netanyahu.

"I'm not groveling. My enemy is not Netanyahu but Hamas. My political opponent is the left."

He humiliates you and disrespects you and wants to ensure that you don't clear the electoral threshold, and your response is to embrace him.

I understand, your questions are certainly legitimate and are meant for me to return fire and I will not.

And when Natan Eshel says to Ben Gvir, 'I wish Bennett was out and you were in.'

Nathan Eshel will continue his path I neither control him nor Ben Gvir nor control Netanyahu. I control my own mouth. How will it serve the right-wing camp if I attack from the inside? We need to bring more mandates from outside.."
