A young man of 19 was killed Wednesday night when his vehicle overturned on Route 65 near Mitzpe Netofa in northern Israel.

The MDA team that was summoned to the scene found the young man lying on the road and pronounced his death.

MDA Paramedic David Fahima said: "When we arrived, the place was dark and we saw an empty vehicle after it had turned over at the side of the road. We immediately began searching and 15 meters away, we found the driver lying unconscious, without a pulse and without breathing, with severe systemic damage. We performed medical tests, he had no signs of life and we had to determine his death at the scene. "
