An Islamist city council member of The Hague in the Netherlands, who called visiting Israeli high schoolers “terrorists” and “future child-murderers” will not be tried, Israel Hayom reported.

After a group of high school students from Israel visited the Dutch Parliament in The Hague as part of a leadership training program, the council member, Abdoe Khoulani, uploaded a post to his Facebook page slamming the Dutch parliament for hosting “Zionist terrorists, future child-murderers, and occupiers.”

Following the post, a complaint was filed with police. However, a Dutch court ruled yesterday that, since the complaint was filed by a third party and not by the students themselves, and since “an attack on Zionism cannot be seen as incitement on racist or religious grounds,” Khoulani would not be tried.

On the other hand, the court ruled that Khoulani will be tried for his verbal attack on a Dutch woman who responded critically to his initial anti-Israel Facebook post. In response to her post, Khoulani called the woman a “blonde b*tch and stupid female.”

The court reasoned that, in this case, Khoulani could be tried, as the injured party herself had filed the complaint.
