The IDF's Spokesperson's office announced that the IDF aid mission to Mexico would return to Israel Thursday.
The IDF sent a force to Mexico to aid in disaster relief following several powerful earthquakes which killed over 400 people. The 71-man IDF Home Front Command group aided in the rescue of missing and trapped persons and surveyed 158 damaged structures, including hospitals, schools, kindergartens, and government buildings.
