The Tel Aviv Criminal District Attorney announced on Monday that the case against former Jewish Home MK Yinon Magal is being officially closed.
The case was closed following a recommendation of the police and with the agreement of the Attorney General.
The District Attorney said that at the end of the investigation conducted by the police, including an interrogation of Magal himself, that there was not enough evidence to pursue the case.
The statement by the District Attorney said "it was decided to close the case with regards to the charges brought against Magal due to a lack of evidence with regards to two of the claimants, while circumstances regarding the third claimant did not justify pressing charges against the defendant."
