An Arab terrorist tried to stab Border Patrol officers on Saturday morning in Jerusalem's southeastern Armon Hanatziv neighborhood.

The incident took place at Rav Hahovel Street in the neighborhood, where an alert Jewish civilian warned the officers that he had noticed a Palestinian Arab walking around in a suspicious manner.

The officers located the Arab suspect and asked to perform a check on him, at which point he drew a knife and tried to stab them.

In response, the quick-thinking officers opened fire on the terrorist and killed him before he managed to wound any of them.

The stabbing attempt took place just shortly after an Arab terrorist tried to stab an Israeli civilian near Beit Hadassah in Judea's Hevron. The civilian managed to shoot the attacker before he could stab him, emerging from the incident unscathed.

Later on Saturday, another stabbing took place in nearby Kiryat Arba, where a female Arab terrorist asked a female Border Police officer a question before whipping out a knife and stabbing her, lightly wounding the officer. The officer responded by shooting the terrorist dead.

The stabbings continued on Saturday night, as an Arab terrorist stabbed and moderately wounded an IDF soldier in Hevron before being shot.
